What the monthly website check covers
The monthly check looks at key links and buttons, forms, mobile display, obvious functionality issues, key business information, and basic SEO health. Finding an issue doesn't automatically mean it's repaired within the $99 monthly plan — if a fix needs more than the included monthly update time, you'll be informed before any additional work begins.

How much does website maintenance cost?
OMK Website Care is $99 CAD/month plus applicable taxes and includes a monthly website check plus up to 30 minutes of routine website updates. Pay-As-Needed Support is $75 CAD/hour plus applicable taxes.
Does unused update time roll over to the next month?
No. The 30 minutes of routine updates included with OMK Website Care is for that month only — unused time does not roll over.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Possibly. Websites not originally built by OMK Clientflow may be accepted after an initial review of the platform, access requirements, and the site's existing condition.
What counts as a routine update?
Routine maintenance may include text and content updates, image replacements, contact or business information changes, links and buttons, form checks, mobile-display checks, minor layout adjustments, and basic SEO checks.
What isn't included in the monthly plan?
New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, integrations, substantial troubleshooting, extensive copywriting, and development work are outside the monthly plan and are quoted or approved separately.
Is website hosting included?
No. Website hosting is separate from OMK Website Care unless specifically included in another agreement or website package.
Do you only work with Calgary businesses?
No. OMK Clientflow is Calgary-based and provides website maintenance support to businesses and organizations in Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, across Canada, and internationally. Consultations and ongoing communication are handled remotely through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
